As Co-founder of Stealth Partner Group, Patty brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the Stealth management team. With over 35 years of experience, her background includes 10 years at Aetna and over 15 years of management and third-party administration. Since 2009, Patty has specialized in stop loss insurance. Her attention to detail encompasses every aspect of the business, including customer service, sales, claims, premium billing, and human resources.
Harley is Co-founder of Stealth Partner Group. Prior to starting the company in 2009, he was Group Sales Manager of Sun Life Financial's Phoenix Group Office where he was awarded Office of the Year three out of six years. With over 15 years of sales and management experience, Harley provides insight into every aspect of the stop loss and ancillary group benefits sales process.
Gerry brings extensive industry experience to Stealth. He was previously President of Stop Loss Insurance Services, which joined Stealth in 2020 to become the premier stop-loss general agency in the US. Other key roles for Gerry included President of American Stop Loss Insurance Brokerage Services, senior executive with UMass Memorial Health Care, Inc. and Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for The Provident Companies (now Unum).
With more than 20 years of experience in large group medical underwriting and account management, Jason is uniquely qualified for his role with Stealth. His focus on strategic solutions analysis to further business goals supports his approach to challenges through innovation, creative problem solving, and measured risk-taking to drive competitive results. Prior to joining Stealth, Jason was a Senior Underwriter at Munich RE and HCC Life Insurance Company.
REGIONAL PRESIDENT, NORTHWEST
Rebecca has held leadership positions in sales and reinsurance for more than 20 years. She began her career working for HealthNET (HIS) and EBP Healthplans, where she was consistently a top-performing Sales Executive. Rebecca then became Director of Sales for C.C.H.I, a reinsurance specialist for large self-insured groups, before starting her own company Health Benefit Solutions which was acquired by Amwins in 2009.

John has been providing both stop loss and ancillary solutions to his clients for over eight years. In his current role, John is responsible for growing and maintaining strategic client relationships. Prior to joining Stealth, John was the Senior Stop Loss Specialist for Sun Life Financial in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego for six years.
REGIONAL PRESIDENT, NORTH CENTRAL
Jeremy is responsible for the Midwest marketplace. With over 13 years of benefits experience, he specializes in medical stop loss, life, disability, worksite and dental sales. Prior to joining Stealth, Jeremy spent over 10 years as a Sales Representative and Manager for Sun Life Financial in the Detroit and Dallas markets and the last three years as an AVP with Lincoln Financial Group.
REGIONAL PRESIDENT, SOUTH CENTRAL
Dan has more than 15 years of stop loss and ancillary benefits experience, specializing in medical stop loss, life, disability and dental sales. Prior to joining Stealth, Dan spent more than seven years managing the Sun Life Financial offices in Dallas and Southern California. Before that, he held sales positions at Canada Life and Lincoln Financial Group.

With over 15 years of stop loss and ancillary benefits experience, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current position. Prior to joining Stealth, Jeff spent more than 10 years managing the Sun Life Financial offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Nashville, Tennessee and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Chris brings 20 years of experience in the stop loss industry with previous positions in underwriting, sales and management. Prior to joining Stealth, Chris spent the last 10 years running stop loss sales in the Northeast region for AIG and Unum. In his current role, Chris is responsible for growing the company’s partnerships and product lines throughout the Northeast region.
